a. Tuition fees can be paid by semester or academic year. (Degree students must pay by academic year and non-degree students can choose to pay by semester.) All the fees will be charged according to the CNY price. You can either pay the tuition fee upon registration or transfer money to BFSU’s bank account prior to your coming. If you choose to pay upon registration, please use cash or a bank card in China if applicable. If you have to use a foreign bank card (MASTER or VISA), please make sure to check and adjust credit limit in advance. If not, you cannot pay successfully. And you cannot try this card again. If you choose to make a bank transfer, please keep the transaction receipt and present it upon registration. If you fail to pay the full amount without BFSU approval, you will not be able to register at BFSU.

b. For newly enrolled students, if you drop out within one week due to personal reasons, we will give you a full refund of the tuition fee. If you drop out within two weeks, we will keep 20% of the tuition fee and return the rest to you. If you drop out within four weeks, we will keep 50% of the tuition fee and return the rest to you. No tuition fee will be refunded if you drop out after four weeks (from the first day of registration). Application fee will in no case be refunded.

c. Accommodation fees must be paid by semester. If you check out due to personal reasons in the middle of a semester, accommodation fee will not be refunded.
