Throughout three days I visited three companies: Hero Games, Beijing Hyundai and the China Tianying Company. It was an amazing opportunity for me to visit these three well-known companies. The working environment, the CEO's attitude, and my own experiences with the workplace all differed from one another. I also had the opportunity to work with friends. We exchanged ideas, and completed the report. In order to complete this report, we also utilized some knowledge that we gained from the class, such as marketing or human resource management, to analyze the case of one of the organizations that we selected. The opportunity to cooperate with other friends was an excellent one. Furthermore, visiting these companies helps me understand that attitude and working environment are important since they influence how successful companies achieve their goals.

Immersion week was a good opportunity to learn and know more about the companies. On the first day, I visited several companies such as Beijing Yanjing Brewery and Niulanshan Distillery Factory. Both companies produce beverages, however, they do it in the distinctive and different method that demonstrates the finalisation of the product. On the next day, I visited another two companies which are Baixiang Food Company and Hyundai Motor Company. By visiting the Hyundai Motor Company and its factory, I can see that the production was complicated, but they do pay attention to every step of the production process. Through the week, I also met alot of friends. It was interesting to discuss the development of the companies and do the group work with them. I'm really looking forward and getting ready for the next immersion week.

Pingyao is a place that offers a unique history, architecture, and business. I had a good experience enjoying pingyao Shanxi. There were lots of things to see. First of all, the place where I visited first was the Pingyao Ancient City (平遥古城). Pingyao Ancient City brought us back to the Ming and Qing dynasties. As people know, the city is known for its well-preserved city walls, traditional culture, and ancient temples. I could get a significant amount of business ideas from the city. The city attracts many visitors moreover, visitors are getting visiting more and more, year by year.Pingyao offers unique memories that I have never experienced before. At first, I was so impressed, when I saw the working process of Pingyao beef company with Q&A time. It's because it was my first time can get a method of how to operate and manage the company specifically. During this time, I could make good friends to discuss and share our thoughts about what we learned. From my point of view, this program as "an unforgettable memory in my life". Although I only opened my views last time, for the next immersion week, I want to do something by myself. I cannot wait for the next meaningful time!

This is my first immersion week as a BFSU student. It was an event that I had been looking forward to all my school years, and this place lived up to my expectations. Pingyao, a walled city in central Shanxi Province, China, is famous for its importance in Chinese economic history and the well-preserved urban planning and architecture of the Ming and Qing dynasties. According to the statement above, I am extremely pleased to go sightseeing and investigate unfamiliar things to take advantage of them in the future. As well, my emotions as I paid attention to the information that the tour guide provided while going around the area supported me in realising the significance and antiquity of the location. And also, the history of the past explains the origins and reasons for China's achievements up to this point. As a result, I intend to learn and develop in the years ahead.

Immersion week is an event, usually a big one! It is something I look forward to. It is uncommon to have learning done outside of the classroom or the lecture hall. This is also why immersion week is so highly anticipated for the students of IBS BFSU. Moreover, since most of us are international students from all around the world, the immersion week program also provides us with the opportunity to explore China. Various aspectsare looked into including Chinese firms, different cultural heritage of China, and most importantly the people and the culture. Based on personal experience I enjoyed it. It is a unique experience for me and my fellow coursemates. The immersion week has successfully created multiple environments for students to interact with each other and learn from each other. Different tasks are assigned and I can clearly see why these tasks are set as it is, it helps different individuals to improve themselves in terms of working with different people, time management, and teamwork. Essential skills could be obtained from the tasks, which are also crucial in the working world. At last, immersion week is a wonderful event. I truly understand the importance of knowledge, but the combination of knowledge and real-life personal experience can bring us far beyond what our imagination limits.
