a. Some of our BFSU international student’s apartments are available for online booking. Here are the details:

1) Group-oriented: international students who have been admitted to BFSU and those who have not yet made accommodation arrangements.

Students who will receive the Chinese Government Scholarship (full scholarship), International Chinese Language Teachers Scholarship (full scholarship), students with some special programs or exchange students exempted from accommodation fees will automatically have a “room for two” reserved, and therefore do not need to book. If you are not sure about your reservation, you can send an email to hexianfeng@bfsu.edu.cn for confirmation.

2) Booking procedures and important notes:

-   Visit the website for BFSU International Students Accommodation: https://osao.bfsu.edu.cn/info/1054/1935.htm

-   Submit the reservation application and follow the procedures during the  booking application system’s open period. For booking instruction, please check and refer to the email notification that follows. Limited rooms are available on campus, allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

-   Successful reservations require check-in within the new semester registration period. Failure to do so may result in losing the reserved room. In case of an objective reason for late check-in, you need to submit a written statement and supporting materials to the Overseas Students Affairs Office in advance.

-   Check-in must be conducted at the reception desk of the international students dormitory buildings. Accommodation fees must be paid on time and in full (paid by semester at check-in). Students must comply with Chinese laws, BFSU rules and regulations, and related accommodation management regulations.

b. If you live off campus, please arrange accommodation in advance. You need to go and register at the local police station with your landlord to get the Registration Form of Temporary Residence within 24 hours after moving in. Students living off campus must provide legal residence certificates; otherwise, you are not allowed to register at BFSU and the public security authorities will not process any visa procedures.
