Arts/Design Department

Being in charge of designing event posters, tickets, or IBS merchandise, it is a place where fresh and interesting ideas burst out.

External Affairs

Communicating with the BFSU Chinese union and other third parties; helping find sponsors for events etc.

Events Department

Being responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating activities.

Public Relations

Promoting and hosting events organized by Union; gapping a bridge between the union and other students.

Finance Department

Handling transactions of income and expenses, purchasing goods, dealing with suppliers,maintaining cost reports; getting sponsors for marvelous large-scale events.

Social Media

Operating the IBS Union’s accounts on WeChat and Instagram; assisting the PR department in. promoting events, posting updates and information;

Official Relations

Editing and compiling every official document including letters, forms, and certificates for the IBS Union; providing internship or job information
