School Ambassador
IBS.BFSU student ambassadors are students who are chosen to represent IBS.BFSU and act as a liaison between that IBS.BFSU and educational institutions in different countries, prospective students, visitors, or the general public. Being IBS.BFSU student representatives, student ambassadors collaborate with International Student Office to introduce the school from the perspective of students to show the excellence of IBS.BFSU students to more people. They are typically selected based on their leadership skills, communication abilities, and their passion for promoting the school.
1. Outreach: Student ambassadors assist IBS.BFSU in connecting to high schools, universities, and other educational institutions in different countries so as to explore potential international cooperation.
2. Recruitment: Student ambassadors play a role in recruiting new students by attending admission webinars, high school visits, campus open-day, and other events to share information about IBS.BFSU. They also serve as mentors and provide support to prospective students, offering guidance on application and answering questions on academic matters and uni. life, to name a few.
3. Content Creation: They may contribute to IBS.BFSU social media platforms, and other communication channels to share their experiences and insights with a wider audience.
4. Translation and Interpretation: They will help translate documents including posters, competition guidelines, questionnaires, invitation letters, etc. into their mother tongue. They also serve as an interpreter in events like college fairs, meetings, etc.
1. Students will have the opportunity to take on leadership roles and responsibilities, developing skills such as problem-solving and effective communication.
2. Interacting with faculty, staff, and students helps them build a strong network within IBS.BFSU.
3. The various tasks related to international collaboration expose student ambassadors to people from various backgrounds, helping them gain a broader perspective and cultural awareness.
4. Hands-on experience teaches them about marketing strategies, branding, and public relation.
