On September 24th, the 3rd I-CEE Student Case Competition, organized by the I-CEE Center of International Business School of Beijing Foreign Studies University and SolBridge International School of Business, concluded successfully in Room 706 of No.2 Guonei Building, at the West Campus of Beijing Foreign Studies University.
This competition consisted of two stages: the preliminary rounds and the finals. Since its launch in May, a total of 72 teams from more than 62 universities around the world registered to participate, representing 30 different countries and involving nearly 300 students.
After intense preliminary, 10 teams advanced to the final. Prominent scholars and business representatives from both domestic and international institutions, including Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, Asian Banking School, Beijing Foreign Studies University, Minzu University of China, Jarvis Tech Inc, Ningbo JOIDENT Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., Baixiang Food Co., Ltd., and HERO GAMES, served as judges in final, providing professional and detailed feedback to the students.
In the end, "Samtech Insights," composed of students from Beijing Foreign Studies University, Capital University of Economics and Business, and Aston University, won the first prize in the English group. The team "Intelligent Innovation and Unified Home Research" from Minzu University of China and Beijing Foreign Studies University received the first prize in the Chinese group.
The competition offered students the chance to foster their abilities to identify, analyze, and solve real-world business problems and make business management decision. It also facilitated communication and exchange among students from different schools and countries, offering them valuable opportunities to showcase their abilities and cultivate a global outlook. Additionally, the competition contributed to strengthening collaboration between IBSBFSU and its domestic and international partner institutions.
