On May 9th, international students from the International Business School of Beijing Foreign Studies University embarked on a visit to the Shenzhen Transsion Holdings Co., Ltd. during the 2024 Spring Semester Immersion Week for International Students. Professor Niu Huayong, Dean of the International Business School, joined the students in this event.

Around 4 pm, the students arrived at the modern office building of Transsion. The recruitment manager, Zhang Ye, greeted them in front of the building and led the students on this meaningful visit.

Once inside the office building, the staff provided a detailed introduction to the design concept of the ground floor, showcasing how modern technology and humanistic care are seamlessly integrated to create an efficient yet cozy working environment. The students visited the exhibition of the company's design philosophy, gaining a deep understanding of Transsion's unique thinking and innovative practices in architectural design, material selection, and other aspects.

Next, the group moved to the meeting room located on the 28th floor of the office building. The room was spacious and bright, with elegant furnishings, providing an excellent venue for senior-level meetings and visitor receptions. The company prepared an abundant spread of refreshments to welcome everyone, demonstrating their meticulous and attentive reception service.

Firstly, Mr. Niu Huayong, Dean of the International Business School, delivered a speech in which he highly praised Transsion's achievements in technological innovation and corporate culture construction, and expressed his positive expectations for future cooperation between the two sides.

Subsequently, Stanley, the General Manager of Human Resources at Transsion, provided a detailed introduction to the company's development journey, corporate culture, brand building, and remarkable achievements. The students listened attentively and actively asked questions during the interactive segment. Stanley's answers were concise yet profound, covering various aspects such as the company's development strategies, talent cultivation, and social responsibility, greatly benefiting the students. Additionally, the company presented each student who asked a question with a thoughtful gift as a token of their warm welcome and best wishes.

At the end of the visit, the students took a group photo in the lobby on the first floor of the company, leaving behind an unforgettable memory. In the future, both sides are expected to carry out more in-depth cooperation in areas such as talent cultivation and scientific research projects.

Although this visit has come to a successful conclusion, the students' journey of learning and practice is still ongoing.
